We at Afronut Ltd. buy the cashew directly from the local producers in our native Gambia and Guinea and process it in our state of the art facility located in Banyun, Gambia. At our facility we shell the Cashew, dry it to remove the testa, and then clasify the kernels into one of the 26 grades according to size, color and condition.
